Who We're Looking For
We maintain high standards because our clients expect excellence. Here's what we look for.
Native Speaker
Must be a native speaker of Turkish, Arabic, Persian, or a Balkan language with excellent command of English or source language.
Professional Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional translation/localization experience.
Domain Expertise
Specialization in at least one domain: gaming, e-commerce, tech, legal, medical, marketing, or financial.
Quality Standards
Proven track record of high-quality work with references. You'll complete a paid test project during vetting.
CAT Tool Proficiency
Experience with at least one major CAT tool (Trados, MemoQ, Phrase, XTM, or similar).
Availability
Consistent availability for at least 2,000-3,000 words per day with reasonable turnaround times.
