Screening and evaluation
All the applications we receive are screened by our team of experts, and the eligible ones are taken to the next stage, which consists of language tests specifically designed by our lead linguists for our purposes. These tests, with their scores automatically calculated to avoid the subjectivity, help us to perform evaluations at scale. Meanwhile, test translations are still in use for specific accounts or domains.
Training and onboarding
Once the application is approved, the essential documents (e.g. NDA, style guide, points of consideration, takeaways from previous client feedback etc.) are provided to the specialist. Communication and work practices are also included in our welcome kit, which will be provided along with the documentation.
This is where our secret sauce takes place. While any specialist recently onboarded has a score of 100 in our assignment system, we gradually refine the figures as per the quality evaluation results and many other factors. This stage also helps us to find the ideal specialist(s) for our client’s task.
The assignment system is fed with the final evaluation scores sent by the expert and project management team.
It’s the turn of the specialist who has been meticulously selected among thousands of applications, onboarded by our team and matched to the task by our automated assignment model.
Evaluation by experts
The expert in the domain performs a quality evaluation, and the feedback is sent back to the specialist.
All the changes made during expert’s review are shared with the language specialist for continuous improvement.
When we are all settled with the quality, the project is delivered to the client in time.
